Hello!

My name is Diego Prudencio, I'm a brand and product designer building with teams from 0 to 1.

For the past eight years I've worked with fintech and crypto startups, mostly small teams, mostly from scratch. Before that I spent time in advertising agencies in Brazil, founded my own design agency, and eventually made the move into product. I've been based in Spain for the past five years.

Most of my work has been at the intersection of brand and product, joining early stage teams and owning both the identity and the interface from day one. That's the work I find most interesting.

At EBANX, a Brazilian fintech with 40 million customers, I grew from freelancer to Design Lead over three years. I led the rebrand and built the design system from the ground up, giving the team the autonomy to move faster without depending on design or engineering.

In crypto I've worked with Aave, Raise, Catalyst, Crosscats, and most recently Heliax, the team behind the Anoma and Namada protocols. Across those projects I've designed brands, products, marketing sites, and design systems, often all at once.

I care about work that has a point of view. Not trend-chasing.

and Crosscats from scratch. Brand and product. I think we cooked some cool things here.

I also worked @Aave for a year, designing their previous website, helping with the app and later working on their experimental team, building fun things like re:meme.

Apart from that, I worked @ Raise, a lending app from the ICO era. I did a facelift on their brand and designed the entire UX for the product.

Right now I'm having some fun with friends building Based Burger and Anansi. Stay tuned :)

Lastly on the crypto space, I designed the visual identity for Catapulta and Archive Node.

Outside crypto, there are a few projects I think its worth highlighting.

I worked for 3 years for a unicorn fintech called Ebanx, redesigning their brand, rethinking onboarding process and building employer branding strategies.

I also designed the brand for Igual, a law-tech startup democratising attorney services in Brazil. And AgForce, a company producing biomass from eucalyptus trees.

Now that you know my work, let me tell very quickly who I am.

I'm a very chill dude from Brazil, now living in Spain and taking every opportunity to travel a bit.

Please note that this portfolio is under construction and still needs a lot of work and love, but at least you can have a glympse of my recent work.

My old portfolio is still online, you can have a look here.
